Club Pilates Hoboken is a boutique reformer Pilates studio that offers classes for people of all ages and fitness levels. The studio uses state-of-the-art equipment and specializes in reformer fusion classes based on Joseph Pilates' original Contrology Method while incorporating modern group practice approaches.
The studio's approach emphasizes accessibility and affordability, believing that Pilates is for every type of body. Classes are structured across multiple levels, from foundational through advanced, allowing practitioners to progress at their own pace. Instructors at the studio have completed more than 500 hours of comprehensive Pilates training. The studio also offers a free introductory class designed to help newcomers experience the equipment and understand the fundamentals of Pilates practice.

- Level 1 Foundations (beginner-focused, emphasizing form and alignment)
- Level 1.5 Progression (intermediate movements with equipment exploration)
- Level 2 Evolution (advanced exercises with dynamic challenges)
- Level 2.5 Mastery (most advanced level for experienced practitioners)
- Reformer Flow (full-body contemporary Pilates class)
- Cardio Sculpt (high-energy, low-impact class using Jumpboard)
- Control (standing Pilates class using Springboard and other equipment)
- Suspend (Pilates combined with TRX suspension training)
- Restore (foam rolling and myofascial release therapy)
- Center + Balance (apparatus-assisted stretching and light movement)
- Circuit (dynamic full-body class combining strength and cardio)
- Teen (cross-training class for ages 14-19)
