OsteoStrong Flatiron is a bone and skeletal strength facility that serves people of all ages seeking to improve bone density, strength, and overall musculoskeletal health. The practice uses the Spectrum System, a set of robotic musculoskeletal development devices that apply controlled loading forces to the skeletal system through a process called osteogenic loading. Sessions are brief—approximately ten minutes per week—and aim to deliver measurable improvements in bone strength, posture, balance, athletic performance, and pain relief.
The OsteoStrong approach focuses on strengthening the skeletal system as the foundation of the body's health. Rather than relying on high-effort exercise, the method uses robotic positioning to optimize loading forces through bone in ways that exceed forces experienced during daily activity. The facility partners with Parsley Health, which offers functional and longevity medicine services to address the systemic factors influencing bone health, including hormone fluctuations, inflammation, gut absorption, thyroid function, and metabolic health.
