Life Quest Pursuits Counseling, led by Shirley Azoulai, LCSW, provides psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families in Chappaqua and surrounding areas. Azoulai holds a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work and Psychotherapy from Columbia University and is a licensed clinician with over 15 years of professional experience across private practice, outpatient clinics, hospitals, and specialized agency programs. Her approach combines empathy and encouragement with evidence-based treatment modalities including Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She emphasizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and supported, using a solution-focused approach tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
