Club Pilates Westfield is a boutique reformer Pilates studio offering classes for people of any age or fitness level. The studio is based on Joseph Pilates' original Reformer-based Contrology Method but uses modernized group instruction and state-of-the-art equipment to make Pilates accessible and affordable.

The studio's approach emphasizes building a strong foundation through proper form and alignment, with classes structured in progressive levels that allow members to advance their practice over time. Classes blend classical Pilates principles with contemporary variations, using the reformer alongside other equipment like the springboard, chair, mat, suspension training systems, and foam rollers to create diverse workout experiences.
