The Sound Bath Studio in Rolling Hills Estates offers sound therapy, clinical hypnosis, and neurodynamic breathwork led by Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists and certified sound healers. Founded in 2014, the studio specializes in somatic therapies and sound meditation to promote deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and stress relief through immersive gong and bowl sessions combined with guided meditation. Led by Erika Segura and her certified team, the intimate studio maintains a maximum of eight attendees per session to ensure personalized care, and has gained recognition for performing the first Sound Bath Concert at Carnegie Hall in 2019.
