• Physical therapy including conventional, Pilates-based, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic floor, prenatal and postpartum, hand therapy, and shockwave therapy • Chiropractic care with manipulative therapy, spinal decompression, Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, and Kinesio Taping • Medical services including interventional pain management, medical marijuana certification, Botox for chronic migraine, vitamin IV therapy, NAD+ therapy, genomic testing, peptide therapy, bioidentical hormone evaluation, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy • Functional medicine and integrated nutrition focusing on gut health, nutrient optimization, brain health, hormone balancing, and detoxification • Massage therapy including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue therapy, and acupressure • Pilates instruction through the BASI Pilates Academy
