Stephanie Fulgencio is a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified somatic coach based in Texas who works with adults seeking emotional healing and personal growth. She combines somatic therapy with nervous system regulation techniques to help clients release stored tension and emotions while developing tools for managing life's challenges. Her approach is integrative and personalized to each client's unique needs, personality, and goals.
Fulgencio's philosophy centers on the idea that the body holds the imprint of unresolved experiences and emotions. She moves beyond helping clients understand their patterns to facilitating actual release from the nervous system through body-based awareness and regulation. With nearly twenty years of experience, she holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and certifications in coaching and breathwork. She works with clients across a range of challenges including anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship patterns, self-judgment, and identity exploration, as well as those simply seeking personal development and growth.
