Simply Redefining Wellness & Counseling is a therapy and counseling practice serving clients in New York and New Jersey. The practice provides mental health counseling for individuals dealing with anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, and other personal challenges. They work with educators and couples, and also offer group services. The practice is led by Janelle, the CEO and founder, along with a team of therapists of color.
The practice uses a faith-based, integrative, and culturally sensitive approach that combines Jesus and therapy. They emphasize creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can be vulnerable, understood, and heard. The team focuses on helping clients confront their past, process their experiences, develop coping tools, and transform difficult moments into sources of strength and purpose.
