Lakewood Primary Care and Wellness is a comprehensive primary care and anti-aging medicine practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area serving patients aged three and older. Led by Dr. Rajan Kohli, a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience, the practice combines traditional medical care with functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine. Dr. Kohli completed a fellowship in Functional, Integrative, and Regenerative Medicine and has extensive experience in office practice, hospital care, nursing home management, and emergency medicine.
The practice operates on a 360-degree approach to patient care that addresses medication, mind, lifestyle, stress management, gut health and detoxification, anti-aging, hormone and neurotransmitter balancing, and inflammation and immune balance.
