Aaron Deri is a licensed marriage and family therapist in the Westchester area who works with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship issues. He has nearly twenty years of experience helping clients move past intense feelings and reconnect with their lives and each other.
Deri's approach draws from several therapeutic methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, exposure therapy, and person-centered therapy. He focuses on changing belief patterns at the root of difficult feelings, building awareness and acceptance, and helping couples develop new emotional bonds. His work aims to help clients feel and live better without necessarily relying on medication.
